Maybe there's something I don't understand, but I would have thought this blue bar would be at the ~66% mark if my xp total is 3935/6000, but it appears at the ~33% mark. Almost as if it were inverted somehow.

You don't start every level at 0 exp. You start at the end point of the last level. You started this level at 3000 exp, and your next level is at 6000. That means you need 3000 exp total for this level. That means that, at 3935, you have earned 935 exp towards your next level, or 33% towards your next level.

Okay, that makes sense. You can understand the confusion of a bar graph labeled 3935/6000 instead of its actual representation of 935/3000. Thanks for clearing that up.
