In-game, the Skill Synergies feat everyone gets. Under Skills and Save Feats category.

I would argue that Perform ought to synergize with Bluff. Especially if you use perform as acting, since being a good actor requires being convincing in a roll, and ought to translate into convincing someone of a lie.
