Bg_S1.talk not downloading plenty of disc space

Something is up with the downloading in the game.

Try restarting your game and closing your toolset if you have it open. You also might need to reboot your computer, but this file is distributing correctly as far as I can tell.

Rather than start a new topic... I'll just mention here that, since update, things are a bit more laggy than usual, and some of the NPC's around town are duplicating again.
