Mausoleum cave transition missing

When you pass through the automata area beneath the mausoleum, you eventually come out in the cave attached to the graveyard. Normally, the exit from the automata segment closes up behind you and there is a transition out of the cave into the graveyard available. This is not currently the case; the transition out to the graveyard is missing, locking you into the cave for all eternity (or the next server reset) if you don't have teleport abilities.
