Exchange my robe for one with a cape attached by default?

Would it be possible to get my 30 SR robe exchanged for one that comes pre-tailored with this cape attached to it? That's the only way I'll be able to have a cloak, a beard and a circlet on my half-elf mage as far as I can tell. The beard is his helmet atm, and the cloak is, well his cloak. So if the cloak comes attached to the robe by default I can change his cloak item slot into his beard and change his helmet into a headband/circlet. Is this doable? Please please please <3
