Quest items dispaear

Hi
I done some quests wyvern egs island berries orc head and partly muchrooms and i loged out a bit. When returning all items from the quests are gone. but it says ive picked up for returnal exept the muchrooms that i had 6 to get more. i can get them but not pick new ones at the spots i made before the log out. Im quite sure i lost a half plate aswell i found i planned to sell it was gone aswell. maybe xps aswell not sure about that though
