Noticed this prestige class wasn't present when my character leveled up.

Was this removed?

It was never added.

Nope. It's largely unneeded now due to the expansions that were made to Polymorph Self and Shapechange.

I think this class still has potential, I'll take a look at finishing it down the road following the server split. I wouldn't plan a current build around it though.
