Roaringshore/Soubar storage

Was curious if there were NPCs in either of these locations that allow access to the BG storage system. I made a character who probably wouldn't set foot in Baldur's Gate unless in secret through the sewers, so I went looking for a place to put my items in less law-abiding locations and couldn't seem to find any storage NPCs among the obvious merchants. Have I just missed them?

Soubar has at least one.

Ah, I went searching again and just found it. Looks like it's just Biscuits, the placeables merchant, over by Lo'Zeng. If there's not one in Roaringshore (checked all the main merchants and the inn/tavern merchants), one of the existing merchants should probably be given the option.
