Ad idiots guide required for an idiot - Monk/SF/Cleric

Hi all,
Many of you probably saw my lost build post, so since i couldn't find a way to salvage that, i am planning to RCR him into something usable.
What i am looking for is an idiots guide laid out that i can follow, and not mess up (hopefully).
Looking for.
Human
Wis Max
Cleric 9, Monk 11, SF 10
Monk 10, cleric 3, SF 7
Need help knowing what kind of gear is needed
Also, while pvp is never and will never be a focus of mine, it is nice to have something which can handle himself if needed
