Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

An elderly man walks around the city of Baldur's Gates market place looking for a variety of wares, but seems to be unable to find exactly what he is looking for as few of the common goods catches his attention. He speaks with many of the merchants and it becomes apparent that the man is seeking a cloak which can help repair minor wounds to an individual over time among other things.
