Lost 3 times yesterday.

One was a +3 boots with +2 Reflex and 1 Constitution
The two other items I forgotten, but I think one was a ring of either +2 charisma and the other was another pair of
+3 boots, but I forgot what attribute they had on it.

I now a +4 AC boots on the market.

and keep it mind if it roll back can be from 3 monthers or go or more or lesset

How did you manage to put 5 items under your name in the armor section ? (As 3 is the limit)
Are you playing with 2 chars with the same name ?

No, it is the same character.

Or are you logging in with a user name using different capitalizations ?

You're supposed to only be able to put in 3 auctions at a time, but it seems to occasionally bug out and allow for more than that. There might be a risk for items to disappear if you manage to post 4+ auctions?

So the question still stands, how come you had 5 items when 3 is the max ?

I have just lost my 5th crafted wand for sale on the auctions.

Clicked Retrieve, got no gold or unsold wand.
Listed a new wand, clicked Retrieve again, but still no gold or previously unsold wand.

This is getting quite annoying.

Can we please have someone look into this?

3rd time I've found items on the ground at Mudd's feet now.... I guess someone has a full inventory when collecting their items?

I think losing items to auction is related to swrver crashes but don't quot me, just an idea.

I ve just lost a mithral full plate +1, returned to Mudd after a few days (maybe 5?). Item is not posted, didn't get anything back, definitely not a full inventory issue (more than half of it always empty). Also, I have currently 4 items posted, don't know how. I can't be 100% sure but I think that when I posted it for 99k gold, the postage was 5k, which did strike me as weird but I didn't pay much attention. Just mentioning it in case it's a bug.

I ve never had anything disappear when I used to play (some time ago) so I didn't take a screenshot of it before posting. If there is something to be done I 'd appreciate it. Deleted everything before I quit last time so 80-100k is quite a blow

Important update: Account name capitalization matters.

So, data so far. I logged in with my account, first letter capitalized. Posted three items for sale. Logged in again, first letter NOT capitalized. Posted two more. Also, the mithral full plate that I thought lost? When clicking "Retrieve" with the account lowercased, I got nothing. When I reloged with the capitalization in the format it had when I originally posted the item, Mudd gave me the gold. So, yeah, MIND THE CAPS.

sounds like some scripts might benefit from including GetStringLowerCase() in the comparison, both for pickup and to limit overposting.

Today I posted a stack of Owl's Insight elixirs for 55,000 gold. A few minutes later someone sent me a tell saying they bought the stack. I checked to see if the gold was available and the item was gone from the AH but there was no gold when I clicked retrieve.
