Gnoll Den Workbench
The workbench in the gnoll den gives the message that an item was created every time you close the tab, items or no items in it and whether it created something or not. Still trying to figure out what to do with it! Are there clues laid out somewhere?

As i looked recently, there is no more interactible workbench in gnoll den. Seems like it's solved
