I'm curious to know if the Swashbuckler Epic Precision feat granted at Level 12 is equal to the General Epic Precision feat that often Rogues take after taking Crippling Strike.

Meaning: if one has some Sneak Attack damage in the Build, and also have Swashbuckler level 12 Epic Precision, will BOTH Insightful Strike damage AND 1/2 Sneak Attack damage be applied to Foes with Immunity to Critical Hits?

Take this with a grain of salt but I think so. I don't have a character with enough Swash levels to confirm, but one of the people I usually run with does and IIRC her build had 8 assassin levels and relied on Swash for the epic precision. I'll try to confirm with that player next time I see them online.
