A Controller of Chaos arrives on the shores of the Island from off Ulgoth's Beard. The sea devils infesting the shores, inlets and water-caves asked for and gave no quarter...but before the superior might, they succumbed to death by a number beyond count.
That is...until the sea devil baron, mighty among his kind but weak willed by measure, was taken under control by powers of chaos affecting the mind, deeply and completely. The ranks of fish heads were subdued, as their most powerful was helpless and under whim of another.
Taken on high, the baron was kept under spell until the winds began to rage, and far out to sea, lightning struck upon the waves and the chaotic powers of the ocean seemed to rise to the occasion...when the sea devil baron was sacrificed to fury, a most direct communication to the inhabitants of this isle...
...a new power was here to lay claim to the temples, long abandoned but never forgotten, of which Greater God they rightfully belonged.
An offering to the Domain of Storm and Fury was demanded for travel upon this Isle...but the payment was not made, and those that dared stepped foot upon the shores were forced back to the mainland.

Tis rumored to have been seen, a towering beast that resembled what only could be best described as a fiendish minotaur with deep black skin and flaming hooves, was crossing westward the fields, at a slowed pace, for as the rumor continues into near complete disbelief, this demon-on-hoof was dragging behind it the severed head of a bone-only dragon skull, itself slightly glowing of afterlife-lingering-magic.
The bizarre sight is dismissed as onlooker fear, from the magics that inhabit the Fields and are residue from the dead-that-walk still inhabiting the rolling hills. But those that spread the rumor swore upon Gods of all domains, the truth to it.
And they swore as they passed at far distance farther from the beast under burden, dragging his prize away, that the hooved champion disappeared to the west, as the Fields finally gave way to the sea...and beyond, the the islands not far from shore.
Rumor among the ferrying vessels near the Sword Coast speak of a more-than-usual organization of the Sahaugin upon a known, nearby isle. Often, it is said a non-Sahuagin stands among them, directing their militant stance.
