What spells have MA Elixir limits?

I know they have been mentioned here and there in various really old posts, but I haven't managed to locate an authoritative list of what spells are restricted for elixirs.

I am aware that self-target spells cap at CL 15 (Even when their minimum Cl is higher).
and

there are also specific caps for key spells like GMW (19), Magic vestment (16), foundation of stone (12), divine power (12).

I have been informed that certain spells like Tortoise Shell, Rejuvenating Cocoon, and Owl's Insight (all druid-only) are uncapped and can be made at full CL 30, so there isn't an apparent consistency in the power-department.

Have any other MAs have been keeping their own lists?
