Is Cavestalker Bonus feat at level 3 and 7 free feats and not only favored enemy?

I choosed 3 cavestalker levels after rcr and only got Favored enemy at the third level. That removed one important planned feat after RCR.

If it is favored enemy i wish to suggest to update the cavestalker info is updated in the forum.

appreciated a answer so i can plan ahead.

Got Combat expertise and improved combat expertise before cavestalker level 3.
