Recent open lock xp update issues.

Tested a party xp open lock update. Right now, it doesn't give xp to a party member no matter the distance and it gives open lock xp to one opening lock 3 times with 4 total system messages appearing in combat log.

Is one of the Party Testers, can confirm I do not get XP.

My char. (without rogue class) gets Zero XP for unlocking chests now.
