A certain newcomer has been making the rounds as hired muscle for the FAI. Of eastern descent, she calls herself Tsukumo, and is easily identifiable with her rough-shod appearance and similar mastery of Common. She can usually be seen patrolling the lands around said inn, around Cloakwood, the Forest of Teeth, and the stretch of the Trade Way near Candlekeep.
She has been sighted mostly on her lonesome, but has been known to be helpful towards merchants, travelers, and fellow adventurers.
Open for RP! My schedule is a bit unfortunate (GMT+8) but please don't hesitate to drop a PM if interested!

A monster beast and a winged warrior may have been seen blazing trails through Orc-infested woods. Disappearing into dark and foul caverns, the odd couple resurfaced to the quieted forest with a large severed head dragged between them. Others report soon upon nearing a well travelled tradeway these two beings simultaneously flashed in light, leaving in place a single golden scale-skinned man with a greater burden of inventory, seen having difficulty finding caravan to help him northward.

A woman has been seen frequently delving alone into the Gnoll caves south of the Friendly Arms' Inn, as well the Flind encampments near Greenest. Frequency of sightings of this individual suggests that she sets up camp for stretches of time near said monster haunts. Her reason for doing so has been thus far unknown, but her activities has been of help for the local militia that the question has not been raised yet.

Activity continues to stir each morning, from the shrine of the Oakfather, to the old Druids circle, to the shrine of Mielikki. Soft voices begin to herald each morning and strange magics cause the plants at the ancient sites to bloom and grow wild.
Preparations for the coming equinox continue...

Rocky Creek Agents were spotted delving the mines in the Cloakwood; it was nor ordinary mission, as the masked lady of the group deciphered a treasure map that she and the guard were seen thinking over. They emerged not long after with a pile of gems and gold, before meeting with their Alchemist at the nearby Friendly Arms.

Music echoes through the forest just north of Beregost... by a shrine just away from the road, people and woodland creatures alike gathered, feasting and singing. As dusk fell brilliant lights were seen in the trees, and rumour has it, even the Fae graced the Equinox Celebrations.

There is activity at the old Druid Circle just inland from Candlekeep. Upon one of the standing stones a message has been written in runes, decipherable only to the druids.
The runes speak of a cruel catastrophe, a massive fireball cast over the ocean by Ulgoths Beard. It speaks of the dead creatures washing up on the sand, and the unknown destruction wrought beneath the oceans surface.
Lastly, the message is one asking for aid; to those who can shift to sea creatures, those who will breathe under the water, to come and heal the reef and restore the balance after this thoughtless attack.
For nature’s domain encompasses more than forests alone; we are guardians of the frozen tundra, the broiling deserts, and even the unknown wilderness beneath the waves.

On the night of 25 Ches, anyone walking by the Druid's Circle outside of Candlekeep would have reported hearing lively music coming from the little circle of trees, accompanied by some light laughter of several voices. If anyone were to investigate the music, they'd have found only a green haired druid holding his lute in the center of the circle. He would have appeared to have been having a good time, a smile on his face; but would have quickly excused himself and left.

Travelers of the Tradeway, south of Baldur's Gate, may have seen a large Halfbreed warrior grinning widely, walking at a slow, satisfied pace while shouldering a large cotton-duck sack, jingling at every step with the unmistakable sound of coin, as the man-beast headed northward to the Chionthar and with the look to cross over via bridge to the farmlands of Baldur's Gate and beyond.
A noticeable joyous face of the Half-orc could be easily seen, and some may talk that this warrior must have found momentary meaning in a motherlode....

Travelers along the Lions Way between the main road and Candlekeep may have noticed the occasional member of the monastery's guard going between Candlekeep and the old abandoned lighthouse farther north up the coast. Any further investigation would find the guards apparently taking stock of the contents of the building and making note of any damages around the structure. The members of Candlekeep's martial forces would also be seen taking steps to beat back any wayward insects or the occasional troll that managed to make their way up the path leading down toward the beach.

The forests south of Wyrms Crossing have come alive and lush; springtime celebrations of the Green Enclave and their fellow friends of nature have resulted in wild new growth and life. It is said the huge change is the work of Forest Spirits that graced the gathering.
At the close of the celebrations, some of the druids dispersed, sowing seeds through the forest and riverbanks.

Anyone who frequents the Cloakwood area - especially those attuned to nature - would have noticed the absence of a green haired feykin druid who was known to be a constant presence there. He was gone for a couple tenday, only showing up once or twice during this time. The rumors are that he has now returned and the white wolf is once again seen leading his pack.

A few copies of the following piece of parchment are left at the Friendly Arm Inn, Beregost and the announcement board in Baldur's Gate.
Travellers of the Coast beware!
A new tribe of strong and vicious gnolls is raiding the roads, they are bigger than normal and they adorn themselves with a Red Skull.
Their lair is likely to be located in the Cloakwoods so the whole area around it is at risk.
If you see them do not engage them like you would with any other gnoll in the region.
Be cautious and be ready to flee if necessary.

DM All Father wrote:Flaming Fist scouts are taking a large number of game animals from The Cloakwood and surrounding area. A wagon is regularly seen making the trek back to the city loaded with their handy wood.
A pack of wolves slinks about in the shadows, watching the hunters. A large white winterwolf could occasionally be seen on the edge of the hunter's vision; sometimes with a brunette ranger alongside of him, though only those with the keenest of eyes would be able to see her. They would be watching, clearly upset at the presence of a mercenary group taking any game from their forest, but especially at a large number being taken. No blood would be spilled yet, as it is not a druid's way to act hastily.
The dukes receive a hand written note soon, signed by the Archdruid.
