Hi,
This is a suggestion based of on comments I have heard from some players.
Some find it strange that after you die in a dungeon you just spawn back normally. So I would have 2 possible suggestions to fix this:
1) Having the character spawn back at the nearest temple / cleric NPC that you can interact with. ( Based of the discussion it seemed to be possible, although I do not code so I don't know how hard it is.
2) If option 1 is too difficult to implement, you could always have Myrkul offer you spawn point like in the Nexus but those would be temple. Like maybe 1-3 possibilities.
This suggestion would allow to RP that either some npc or adventurer brought your corpse back tot he temple and you got raised there.
If these are implemented, it could be used to had some type of quest or debt to the clerics. Like Iyoiu got raised but now you have to do this for the templ. or have a con penalty or not being able to rest or something.
But that isn't thought through so I'm not sure if it would be fair to everyone.

Re: Revive spawning points
To addition to what abousalif mentioned, i would also like to propose more penalties when going back from fugue which we can choose from (and removing xp penalty at all, possibly.
In best case, they should apply automatically basing on how PC died (from magic or physical attack, melee or ranged and who killed PC).
Examples (all for 30 realtime minutes long):
1) -4 to some attribute.
2) -20% movement speed.
3) -8 to a set of skills.
4) 2-4 drained levels.
5) blindness/deafness.
6) Any nasty malus you can invent that works for limited time.
And, as a gold sink, one could just wait 30 minutes or use some expensive restoration potion or they could buy a 500 gp worth healing from death trauma from temple.
