Is silence spell feat not supposed to work for bard spells? As i've taken it with Rose and the silence spell section is empty.

I think that metamagic is 1 slot higher? You don't see anything in the quick casting either?
EDIT because I can't type today.

So, I don't know what the designers of BG may have modified, but I am getting this information from the standard 2das of the game.
Silent Spell is not on bard class feat list, so bards can't use silent spell. Perhaps you took another class, such as wizard or sorcerer, which does have Silent Spell on their class list and that is how you got the feat. But you could not have taken Silent Spell with a Bard level in the standard game.

Lorewise, Bard's spells are song/poetry based and must always have a verbal component. This is in standard D&D and I believe is also how it was coded by Obsidian for NWN2 so no you should not have been able to take Silent Spell. The only thing I can think of is that somehow, maybe because you met the qualifications you were able to take it on a rogue or shadowdancer level. (perhaps Obsidian coded Silent Spell specifically not to come up as an option for Bards, but the feat itself only requires level 1 spellcasting so it shows up when taking non-bard levels, but having level 1 bard spells).
In any case, I think you may need to RCR as Bard spells shouldn't be usable as Silent spells (though I fully support taking spells to cause shenanigans!) You could RP it that you cast your spells by coming up with clever puns, jokes, or whatever and cast spells after saying such RP lines... More than likely if it's funny others will play along.
Either way I will flag this QC side to see if there is a way to prevent folks that only have bard spell casting from taking silent spell.

Yes, nothing prevents you from taking the feat but effectively you can't cast bard spells silently by lore and Obsidian did code that detail (and we can't tweak it to my knowledge anyway).
