Brewed potions split off from stack lose adjusted CL

After receiving a complaint that the CL 15 Blindsight potions I brewed for another player were only lasting a couple of minutes, went on a bit of a brewing spree to figure out the problem. Seems as if when you split a stack of potions made with the Brew Potions feat, the stack that is split off will cast the effect at minimum caster level, despite its description still stating that it is of the higher set CL. For the ideal example, tested with Death Armor spell, due to its otherwise short base duration (18 sec for CL 3) and obvious spell effect.
Process:
Process:
- Brew two CL 15 Death Armor potions.
- Combine the two potions into one stack.
- Split the stack back into two potions.
- The potion remaining in the original stack will last for 90 seconds. Any potions that are merged into this (original) stack will also last for 90 seconds.
- The potion that is split off from the original stack will last for 18 seconds. Any potions that are merged into this (split off) stack will also last for 18 seconds.
- The potions in both stacks ('original' 90s and 'split off' 18s) will still state in the description that they are "Casterlevel 15".
