Mass Owl's Wisdom in Soubar
There's a mindflayer merchant in Soubar that sells scrolls. All the scrolls from Mass +4 stat bonus seem OK, but that Owl's Wisdom is for Clerics and Druids only. I did not buy the item to test if it'll work on my Wizard (so expensive!).
