Spell Focuses

Sooo.. all the custom changes aren't quite as well documented or organized as they once were. I read in one of Chad's post that spell focus feats have been improved to give added effect. Evocation adds a chance to hit twice and of course conjuration increases hit dice of summons, but I wanted to see what the other feats provide. Does anyone have a link to a post mentioning it or know off hand what each focus provides?

The ones that I am aware of:
CONJURATION
Teleport-type spells: Bonus to teleport checks equal to (2 * number of Conjuration Spell Focus feats).
Increased Hit Dice for creatures summoned by spells from the Conjuration school.
Spell Focus: +1 HD
Greater Spell Focus: +2 HD total
Epic Spell Focus: +4 HD total
Red Wizard Specialist: +1 HD extra
DIVINATION
Foresight spell: (3 * number of Divination Spell Focus feats) additional rounds of duration.
ILLUSION
Glass Doppelganger spell: Doppelganger limited to 15 + (2 * number of Illusion Spell Focus feats) Hit Dice.
Shadow/Mirror Walk spells: Bonus to teleport checks equal to (2 * number of Illusion Spell Focus feats).
NECROMANCY
Increased Hit Dice for creatures summoned by spells from the Necromancy school.
Spell Focus: +1 HD
Greater Spell Focus: +2 HD total
Epic Spell Focus: +4 HD total
Red Wizard Specialist: +1 HD extra
TRANSMUTATION
Increased AC when in a Polymorph or Shapechange form.
Spell Focus: +1 AC
Greater Spell Focus: +2 AC total
Epic Spell Focus: +4 AC total
