Gloves of Appraisal - Winding Waters

These gloves include lore in the description that is inaccurate/takes place after the Time of Troubles.
Please remove the second paragraph entirely. Leaving the first the lore would fit the purpose.

Seems like not fixed yet, moving back to under review. Some issues with the fix, probably.
