+4 Int Helm is missing during Crash

Hi, there,
My friend helped me buy a +4 int (cost around 360000 with an appraiser in BG). After I got the helm, we went an Frost Gaint run when the server crashed.
When we relogged, I lost my +4 int helm. I thought the server went back but we found out the money for the appraiser didn't come back (so my friend lost 360000 gold, together with 20 potions of heal). Is there anything that I can get help with?
If it is a small amount gold, I will just let it go. But this is too much for us. I am here for help.
