Moonblade

Does Moonblade overlap any weapon damage. Like if you have a bastard sword. Does the Moonblade damage ignore it?

Moonblade creates a whole separate 'item' that you equip. You can't use a normal weapon alongside a magic blade spell.

I mean, Moonblade is still pretty good. Build something with high BAB and you've got a serious mage slayer.

Yeah Moonblades main purpose is to put %spell failure on mages, so you can laugh at them as they fail to cast.
