Ranger Mighty feat

I got this idea from Dragon Shores along time ago, but i was hoping Rangers can get a built in Mighty feat that allows they to apply their strength damage to any range weapon they wield even if the range weapon dies not have mighty.

i've always felt ranger was too limited right out of the box in 3.0
increased spell progression, which was a welcome addition, was a step in the right direction
mighty would be a nice addition
i'd also like to see great weapon fighting style added as a fighting style option

I’d be all for great weapon fighting but I’m not so sure about the mighty feat. Archers are already immensely powerful in this server. I’m just not sure they need another buff.

Animal companion/unarmed, two-handed weapon fighting, and crossbow.

Most archers are Dexterity ones. Mighty requires a heavy investment in strength.

Would be fine as long as the feat had Ranger level X (the higher the better) as a prerequisite.
This feat + arcane archer would not be cool. Arcane archer already does +5 damage over Ranger. Which is fine; Ranger has other skills and is more versatile. I'm just saying AA doesn't need buffing.
My own Ranger only had Str 14, but I guess you could easily go higher if you were ok with lobotomizing him

They have +1 one advantage since you can get +4 bow.

per the wiki, the Arcane Archer bonus stacks with enhancement bonuses from weapons.

Yeah and unless I'm mistaken even arrows stack with AA bonus, so you can get +5 bow, +5 AA, +4 arrows and +8 Str (with Str 22 they'd be a slavering idiot with Int/Cha 6 but it's still possible).
I'm guessing your character is more of a melee type who sometimes uses a bow, so it's understandable you don't know the full OP'ness of arcane archer

More of a blend of both in other servers. In this server, I play either an archer type or melee shield bash type, but this game doesn't offer mighty over +5 UNLESS you get a Duskwood both that has NO MAGICAL ENHANCEMENTS.

Didn't this server have something like a Brutal Throw feat? You get to use your strength modifier with those Throwing Axes/Darts, which do not require the mighty property as far as I know.
