Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not, but using 'Knock' can destroy an item inside a chest. I feel like if you spend money on scrolls of knock or a chime of opening you should be able to avoid damaged items.
