Basic descriptions AND placebles

Connecting two suggestions into one topic.
Descriptions:
Unless character is disguised, make the description to display subrace. Wood elf, wild elf, sun elf, shield dwarf, etc.
These things character should be aware of, least if is one of the kin herself (instead of scaling down with mouse to examine the graphic and judge the empty description like PC).
Placebles
Last year someone noted it could be possible to make placebles persisting resets. It would be really good if they did and people could use it to set up various shrines, shops and alike. The placebles would be naturally removable by a player and/or allow them to be targeted for destruction (spells, physical attacks).
I suggest it again as a thing to keep in mind once the server splits are finished, as one would expect it having less impact on perfomance?
