Forge Bench in Greenest

A forge bench (the bench that allows for processing of beetle shells, spider mandibles, and the like) would be greatly appreciated in Greenest. There is one in every other settlement I believe?
Would be more than happy to RP toward this as a guild, even for a public add, but not sure if its "allowed" or possible? Our company has been buying, selling, and processing the byproducts for a little over two years now so there is certainly an existing desire to get it set up.
