Rumors of a wizard focused in the art of crafting are heard mostly around magic shops. Upon entering most magic shops and inquiring to the shop keep about said rumors they may produce a book of goods able to be crafted by this wizard. The intro to the book reads...

I am Kane The Grey, i am able to make magical wands and/or potions for those capable of and interested in using such magical items. Realize that magical items, especially powerful magical items, can be rather expensive. Prices are non-negotiable. All will be charged the base rate for said item, which varies depending on the spell used to enchant said item, plus a 10% service fee. Listed below are some common spells for wands and potions and there cost. If anyone is interested in a spell not listed below please give your inquiry to the shop keep and i will research said spell. Also note that not all spells mend well with these items and simply may be beyond doing, these spells will be listed as well.

Potions are one time use items. These items are only capable of holding third tier spells and below. Unlike typical potions these custom crafted potions need not be used only for yourself.

Wands are more capable than potions, able to hold up to fourth tier spells. There sturdy structure also make them able to be charged, enabling multiple uses unlike potions. All new wands have fifty charges and fifty uses, thus making them a lot more pricey than their potion counterparts.
