Uldoon Trail from East of Wyrm's Crossing.
The area transfer button isn't taking me in, it's teleporting me to just next of it. The caravan guys say I need to contact the HellRiders to gain access to Triel, but I'm only trying to get to Greenest. I'm not sure if those two things are related or not.

This transition has been reported a few times. It should be fixed when the server split happens.
It is not related to the Scornubel wagon guy to Triel. That works right now, you just have to get a writ of service from a DM.
To get to the Uldoon you have to take the caravan from the farmlands.
To return you CAN take the transition from Uldoon to East of Wyrms Crossing, but cannot take the wagon back (that waypoint is also broken)
Hopefully it will all be fixed soon.
