[BG East Farmlands] Halls of Inner Light Charity Auction 2

A red skin tielfling many have come to know as Levtari sets up a stall in the farmlands, hammering a heavy sign into the ground beside it. The Sign list various items for sale and auction, with a note at the top reading:
Charity Auction for the Halls of Inner Light
This is a limited time auction. All proceeds will go towards funding interest of the Halls. Donations towards such would be happily accepted. Any items not bid on by the 20th of Tarsakh will be removed from the auction. Any bids made on items will finalize two days after the last bid is placed. For more information, feel free to speak with Levtari or High Lady Alyssia.

After a brief inspection of the list, he states:

A bit down when hearing Vaelen seemly unlimited gold reservoir.
He picks up four blue diamonds. Perhaps this far yon axe? Should be possible ta fund yon hall with.

An earth genasi arrives from the north to the auction stall. He present himself as Rogird, and states that he bids 200 bags on the Silver Halberd and 200 bags on the Vilebite Battleaxe.
