Tarina has been seen meeting with members of various trade guilds of Baldur's Gate, principally the Fellowships of Healers and Sages, over the various obstinate legal technicalities of doing business within a trade city.

An addendum has been added to the pamphlets in Baldur's Gate, Friendly Arm Inn, Greenest, and Soubar. It reads:
We are moving!

Tarina's Medicine and Magic Shop is moving to Soubar. Come by my tent or send a letter if you have any requests.

A tent has been set up in Soubar, dressed in Tarina's characteristic style. Grim magical charms, many made from bone, hang down from the edges and clatter together when a breeze rolls through them, and skulls—mostly animal, but some human—line the ground around it. Bundles of dried herbs can be seen inside the tent through the "door," which is made up of rows of stone and bone beads in various colors. Several thick furs and rugs made hang along the top and inside of the tent to further accessorize it. Outside the tent are more rugs, a campfire, and a table, where Tarina sets her wares when she is advertising her business.

It is unclear how much of the tent's appearance is meant for aesthetic or ritual purposes, and how much is simply meant to frighten off potential thieves. Soubar is not the most lawful town on the coast, afterall.
