Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Something I've noticed is how Spirit Shaman can't use plenty wands or scrolls that they normally should. Their spell list is Druidic, yet they seem not to be included on the "Useable By" list. I don't know how to fix it, I hope hive mind could.

I've tested it on Wand of Summon Creature IV and Wand of Waterbreathing.

I've also noticed Shamans without UMD couldn't use some items that seem to me, personally, like they should have access to. Druids do. And I'm not talking about animal companion items (altough maybe we should). Just plain old Armband of Augmented Healing.

If this is something others think is worth commiting to I would be willing to help make a list of what Shamans can and can't use. Altough I want to stress that testing it might require some serious amounts of gold that I'm not willing to spend.

traditionally, Spirit Shamans don't have companions unless they spend the feat for it and they get a different list. Just the way the base class in the manuals is built. *shrug* I'm fairly neutral either way.

As for wands, yeah, they should probably have access to the druidic spell style wands, scrolls, etc, because that's what they do. I'm not sure if that's a hard-code issue or just the way the wands are crafted/set up on the server.

Yup, I wouldn't even worry about companion stuff.

I'm not very good with this stuff, I can help with -some- testing if anyone is able to point out what needs to be tested.

I don't know what can be done, but just bumping in case this has skipped the cracks.

We believe it was fixed. Please have a closer look in next update in case something still doesn't work.

No. Only scrolls were adjusted. This may fix Inscribe Rune. It most likely won't fix wands, and it won't fix any druid items.

Okay, tested myself.
Some stuff has been fixed, but it's going to be long process because we need to narrow down all shop items that are druid-only while the spell they offer is in SS spellbook. If you can help with this, it can help to speed things up greately.
Moving this back to "Under review".

It's been a while. I did a quick run through shops and didn't spot faulty items.
Please resubmit this if you find any inconsistences left.
