Red Wizard Restricted School bug

After logging off and logging back in due to some UI bug (green square stuck to my cursor) the "choose restricted school" feat reappeared on my character as well as a second restricted school.

I started with prohibited school: divination
added restricted school: enchantment when i took red wizard level
after relog it now added restricted school: illusion

when i use the feat to select another restricted school, it gives me all the options except necromancy (my chosen school), enchantment and illusion
if i select divination it says i have to choose something different

this happened on my character before i RCR'd him in the exact same way. I picked transmutation to see what would happen and it set my restricted school to transmutation and deleted the other restricted school. That was the reason i had to RCR him in the first place

how do I fix this?

is this still an issue? Did you try to RcR again since it's 100% RcR period atm?
