It states that it affects friendly creatures. It actually affects all creatures including hostile monsters, npcs, players, and neutral npcs. It works nicely still as a "short rest" type of scenario, but otherwise why would anyone be healing monsters, and apparently it heals undead too."Eldath's Soothing Pool: This spell conjures a magical pool of water. All friendly creatures staying near the fountain gain fast healing 5, are cured from any disease and are immune to all mind affecting spells."
This ability has a hard 6 second cooldown on it. As a result because of how the game cues its orders, you're only casting once every two turns as compared to casting spells normally. If the cool down was removed, or set to something shorter, it would cue up properly instead of sitting idlely for a turn between cast.Mystra's Secret Spell Stash: Magic Missile, cast at your CL (infinite times/day).
