having an issue with reinstaling the game and than conecting to your server, i keep getting an error that says i downloaded the hack but it failed to verify, the hak in guestion is : bg_heads2.hak

any thoughts?

usually restarting your client (the game) helps a lot of people.

Also ensure that your have sufficient HDD space.
