A bulky fellow walks up to the notice board outside the Elfsong Tavern and hammers a big sheet of parchment on it:
"Looking for a magical ring to improve my dexterity, for a honest price."
He looks at the sheet, satisfied, and then turns around, nosing about as if the announcement should have already called someone's attention.
(I am looking for a ring with at least +3 Dex. Willing to pay gold or perhaps trade something needed if the ring is more elaborate).
