Since the split, I can't put extra keys into storage anymore. At least not the storage at the Anchor. I got some more keys made (thanks DM Vanquish) but so they don't clutter up my inventory, I was going to stick them in the bank. However, they don't appear on the list anywhere when I go to deposit them.
This is the same with player made perfected alchemical potions/grenades.

Tested that with my regular PC. I am able to put guild key into storage.

Can you sell them to NPCs?
They could be marked as one of the item types that are player tradeable but not npc tradeable. Like runes.

Mine one is marked as 0 gold cost at vendor and is storageable.
