The Lead Builder role is responsible for a few different things, including recruiting and helping builders, quality checking new area maps and guild submissions before they're entered into the live server environment, coordinating with the DMs to ensure that guild maps are bought and paid for before they go live, bringing builder complaints and concerns to the global admins, and otherwise helping to run things over on the Area Development side of the fence.
