Bug reports forum clean up.

This day has come (not yet, but will come tomorrow). I'm going to start sorting and cleaning all the bug reports forum, so please, don't get shocked seeing several pages of my nickname in your unread and new posts. I'll start it tomorrow, and, i hope, it will take few days to clean up most of deprecated, closed and outdated threads.
If you suddenly see some topic being deleted (Kidding, i will only move stuff to closed/archived etc) while it was never resolved, please reply to it so i know i made a mistake. Please don't get offended if something slips, manually moderating 692 forum posts will surely produce some mistakes.

But, heads up, i do it to make sure bug reports forum gets increased readability and new issues you post, together with existing ones (And huge thanks for keeping doing that) will be easier to find and harder to ignore!

As a marker of how i am going to do things:

All the posts older than 2018 will go to closed issues without moderation. I believe, they are outdated enough so nobody ever touches them.
All the posts after 2018 will be sorted manually.

As of that general giant spell/scroll/feat bug reports topic, it will be cleaned in the same manner. As soon as there is no subforum for there, i will leave them in that topic.

Further, we will reorganize bug reports forum a bit to have more categories you can post your bugs into (for better precision).

Just a small update. Since general bug reports thread had 79 pages and i had to deal with it page-by-page, there were some... uhm, issues, thus some fresh and sticky topics went to closed issues. Don't worry, i will totally come there and rescue them!

As most of forums is clean again (and i expect your bugreports if i suddenly archived something that wasn't still resolved), i will proceed with cleaning our biggest issue thread. I already tripped it down for things that are reported past january 1 2018 and will work on it further.

In future, i plan to add more bug reporting sections, so instead of posting everything into one thread, we have more categories to post into (we will still have some "general" thread in case your post doesn't fall into any of categories) to ensure it's easier to navigate, to maintain and to support,
