Planetouched special abilities

The Gensai have some cool abilities.
While playing as an Earth Gensai, I noticed that activating the DR ability takes time which is unhelpful when needing to activate it while being swarmed and does not last very long.
Please consider making the Gensai abilities activate immediately and also last more rounds based on con bonus.
Just those two things would make these abilities be more useful.
