Hunter does not give any extra FE pick anymore

Just leveled up a hunter up to lv7 (ranger8)
and have NOT gotten any extra FE pick

As far as I remember, there should be a FE Management feat. It opens a dialogue that lets you select extra FEs.

yes, but that tells me " You may not choose another FE ..."

I myself managed to pick those FEs and IFE's from hunter feat just okay about a week ago.
The only advise i have is to pick FE immediately when you get FE-granting Hunter level. In some cases, i was able to pick multiple FEs from that feat later, in some, i wasn't and i never found any connection to reproduce it firmly.

Hunter feats it's Traps or FvE, if you chose trap well your out one FvE. I only know this as I was adsjusting one of my characters today!

While i wasn't able to reproduce this exact situation (but i have memory of this happening to my test toons in past), i found another issue. I started discussion with devs and, if my option to solve it is accepted, it will eliminate the possibility of not getting Any FEs on using hunter FE selection feat.
