Player input needed, few potential bugs.

Hey there, those were picked from discord, but there is a lack of details. If you ever faced those, can you please try to recollect and describe what made it not work for you? Simply marking if it's a frequent issue or something you face rarely (considering you do related activity quite often).
1. Item Ghosting -- Situations where they end up with an extra icon to the same item in their inventory.
2. Charge Feat -- Does nothing?
3. Pack Horses -- If you stable on s1, it still shows up on s2?
4. Randomly transitioning to another area while walking around in an area.

Item ghosting is very common, especially on my rogue. It happens to him almost every time I log him in.
Random transitioning is something that happens to me about once a month, or perhaps a little less.
I have no idea how to replicate either of these.

4. Randomly transitioning to another area while walking around in an area.
2) Charge makes you run faster to your target, but you sacrifice some attacks, I believe, and you can't divert from your charge if you change your mind (in my experience).
4) This is a bug with the game that I have personally noticed on multiple servers. It tends to happen when the character is on the same longitude as an area transition? (draw a line straight up and down on the current map, and if you line up with the AT then sometimes you port there).

This happens to me quite frequently. I haven't been able to recreate it on purpose, but it's a simple fix. Simply place another item in that inventory slot, and the ghost item is gone.

1) Happens very often, I have an extra icon of an item at all times. But you can easily just move your item onto it and it goes away. Not terribly a problem really.
2) Charge feat, I have a char I use this often on and this can happen. When it does not charge basically something to my understanding became out of sight, or pathing broke. If you wads or click again it usually works.
3) I have not checked the stable portion but it does happen if it is not stabled. I will give it a try and try to update this.
4) Once in a blue moon occurrence but as Xorena said I think it's specific to the game itself.

1. Happens most of the time(many times per day), regular and annoying.
2. Even the normal charge gives my PC speed to reach the mobs(working for me)
4. Rarely happens but when it happened
-teleport in Netherese to random location in the same map(even without stepping into the dark fog)
-teleported from Northern tradeway back to Soubar
-teleported from Soubar to Boareskyr Bridge entrance
-teleport from Greypeaks at Fire Elementals into Fire Giant Chieftain cave

Ah, one thing i totally forgot to mention. If you recollect, please also include if you experienced it more often pre-split or post-split.
Speaking of those myself:
1) I get it 9/10 times i log in, mostly, for my amulet slot, sometimes rings and other slots. Simply moving my gear slot item right on that ghosted slot and reequipping it eliminates it for me in 100% cases. Happened before split and after split, way more frequent after split (it seems like that item reequip on server transition triggers).
2) Always worked fine for me. Charge doesn't work when one is too close to enemy and when one is already charging, they can't change their direction for several seconds (used to use charge with rogue to cover the distance fast, then, hipsing right by enemy and attacking normally while charge AB bonus was still in place).
What i know is that monk 27 and 30 can have issues with charge not giving speed boost. That's cause monk speed is a mess.
3) I tested it and i can stable and recover horse on both servers. Horse inventories are server reliant though, so everything i stored on S2 is not shown on S1. Also, if one uses "find my horse", they can't stable it unless they use horse dialogue to make it follow PC. Then, dialogue on stablemaster appears.
4) Happened to me and in my vicinity as well. The funniest one was when we fought cloudpeaks lich and one of our party members somehow ended up by the entrance of bear cave near BG (they share or used to share same interior). I don't see difference between pre or post split since it's quite rare in both cases.

I've also had charge issues. It simply did nothing so often that I just threw it off my quick bars at one point. It failed aboue 3 out of 4 times.

Hah, I remember that! That was a fun one...

Were you, by chance, too close to enemy?
Any more details to try to reproduce?

It was... I think during the gnoll and giant grinding that I got fed up with it. I think it was when I was trying to charge moving mobs and it just went on cooldown without doing anything or maybe just ended up walking to them.
It was on my monk, so I had the monk speed on, maybe that was messing with it?
EDIT: But maybe they were always just too close! Possible.

Sounds like monk speed thing, if mobs are too close, charge doesn't go on cooldown, it's just does nothing as if you didn't click mob IIRC.
Basically, it's gives monk hard times cause monk speed is buggy in player favor with monk 30 actually having 75% speed increase instead of 50% advertised. So, it looks like charge/haste overflows that max speed and produces 0,25-0,5 speed (close to walkspeed).

Thanks for your help. I believe we had enough feedback combined with QC testing to see how big these things are.
If you still have any of those (except 1 which is a very common problem), please make a separate report.
