divine might and divine shield

In which classes can we get the "divine shield" and "divine might" feats? Can we only get it in cleric and paladin? Can't we get the feat in classes like morninglord of lathander, divine champion, hierophant, hospitaler, ... etc.?
Also, is the "bond of dawn speaker" feat valid for every weapon? Does it need to be a morningstar?

Cleric, paladin, and blackguard are the main divine might and divine shield classes. You have to get the feat while taking that class, so for example if you are a 4rogue/4cleric, you will need to take cleric at level 9 if you want divine might on that level.

Can we get the divine might and divine shield feats only when leveling up with the cleric, paladin and blackguard classes?
for example; I'm thinking of creating a character as cleric 5, hospitaler 5, morninglord of lathander 10, hierophant 10. Accordingly, can I get these feats only when leveling up with cleric?

The class needs to give Turn Undead in order to get those feats, so it has to be on a level that gives you a feat, and has to be when taking a class that has Turn undead as a class feature.

- Hierophant Levels stack with Cleric (+ Morninglord of Lathander) Levels for Turning Undead.
Could this statement have any effect on this issue?
or
Morninglord of Lathander takes some feats with "turn undead" (like "extra turning"). Couldn't that have an effect too?
If these conditions have no effect; It means that only cleric, paladin, and blackguard can get divine might and divine shield feats.
Does this also apply to fighter? so, can we get weapon specialization feat with fighter class? e.g; Let's say I will choose cleric after level 5 fighter (fighter 5+cleric 1). Can I get the Weapon specialization feat?
The reason why I ask these questions; the feat descriptions on the bgtscc wiki page don't say these exactly.

You can get them with morninglord as well, it was fixed recently.

Once you meet fighter feat requirements, you should be able to pick fighter feats you qualify in with any regular feat.
Usually, divine Might/Shield must be taken on Cleric, Blackguard, or Paladin level, and only after a point where they have Turn Undead Progression. Epic Divine Might can be taken with any regular epic feat. Thus if you want to play it safe, take those feats with the appropriate class level.

what about divine champion?

Divine champion doesn't have "turn undead" progression, thus it's not eligible for picking divine might or divine shield.
Even though it can take "extra turning", it doesn't progress turn undead on itself.

In order not to open a new topic, I wanted to ask another question here.
How many strengths does strenght domain's special ability (divine strenght) give to a level 30 cleric?

That would be a +12 Strength Modifier from the the Divine Strangth domain ability. (30 level Cleric) A level 21 Cleric would get +9 Strength. It is one way to meet the strength enchantment cap.

In the in-game description it says "once every 10 min". so what kind of working system does this feat have? Do we need rest every time we use it?

In default NWN2, you could use the ability once a day, and thus you had to rest in order to be able to use it again.
On this server, there has been a custom change to the feat, meaning that once you use it, the ability is on a ten minute time after which you can use it again. If you rest before this timer is up, it will refresh the ability and you can use it again.
