Is the Minor Teleportation feat that Whirling Dervish gets at level 10 instant like Ghost Step?

Thanks, Steve! Should it not be instantaneous if it's a "supernatural ability"? How does it work then, mechanically? Does it provoke attacks of opportunity and even require a concentration check? Or does it just take a round to activate?

It just takes a round to cast, no AoO. Minor T is a Standard Action.
Using a supernatural ability is a standard action unless noted otherwise. Supernatural abilities may have a use limit or be usable at will, just like spell-like abilities. However, supernatural abilities do not provoke attacks of opportunity and never require Concentration checks.
