I think this is on the wrong part of these forums... Or is this just a preview for the topic where you request for its addition? 
And let us see... A ten level PRC that gets high BAB, in addition to high Fortitude and Will saves, d10 Hit Die, and the following class abilities:
- Lay on Hands,
- A total of 4 Fighter Bonus feats,
- A dexterity version of Swashbuckler's Insightful Strike for Longswords and Rapiers,
- +3 to the Maximum Dexterity Bonus offered by any medium or heavy armor, including armors made out of mithral. (You can use a tower shield)
- +2 AB and 2d6 for one round for 3 + 'charisma modifier' times per day.
And what the PRC requires: You must be a non-evil worshipper of Corellon Latherian, with 4 ranks in Diplomacy skill and 2 ranks in Knowledge (religion) skill, in addition to the following feats: Combat Expertise, Dodge,Mounted Combat True Believer, Martial Weapon Proficiency, Armor Proficiency (heavy), and Weapon Focus (longsword or rapier).
Alright, let us think this through:
Fighter 12/Anointed Knight 4/Champion of Corellen Latherian 10/Shadowdancer 4 (Because why not?)
Race Moon Elf, with starting ability scores of STR 13, DEX 17, CON 9, INT 18, WIS 8, CHA 8. All ability score increases go into dexterity, so you could relatively easily reach something like 32 Dexterity (Modifier of +11) with a +3 Dexterity Item.
So let us look at that AB:
29 (BAB)
+ 11 (Dexterity)
+ 4 (Weapon Enchantment)
+ 4 (Epic Weapon Focus)
+ 2 (Melee Weapon Mastery)
+ 1 (Epic Prowess)
- 2 (Tower Shield)
- 6 (Improved Combat Expertise)
= 43
And the damage per hit:
1d6 (Rapier)
+ 4 (Weapon Enchantment)
+ 3 (Strength with that Belt of Growth)
+ 1d4 (Deadly Defense)

Ah, I see it now.
Corellon's Wrath probably needs the same duration cap as Divine Champion's Divine Wrath. (Maximum of ten rounds.) Otherwise that ability will be very good with any old EDM build. And EDM builds were in part the reason why Divine Champion has that cap.
As for Superior Defense, I know it is probably just easier to give +3 Dodge Bonus in any armor... But Champions of Corellon Larenthian wear medium or heavy armor because they are the knights Corellon Larenthian, and not just some random forest hobos of Corellon Latrinian.
And I am not sure if these guys should be Frenzied Berserkers either, because a Fighter 14/Frenzied Berserker 6/Champion of Corellon Larethian 10 could do this:
2d4 (Falchion)
+ 4 (Weapon Enchantment)
+ 16 (Strength modifier, with a Falchion)
+ 20 (Enchanced Improved Power Attack)
+ 6 (Dexterity Modifier, Champion of Corellon Larethian's Elegant Strike)
+ 6 (Epic Weapon Specialization)
+ 2 (Melee Weapon Mastery)
+ 11 (Northlander Hewing)
= 70~ Per Hit.
Who needs crits?

Does elegant strike multiply on a crit?
Could it be scripted, that the armor bonus works only in heavy armor, as the PRC is considered a knight?
