If Wild Elves have a favored class as sorcerer, could that lead into "feytouched" RP? Or is their "source" something different altogether?

Sorcerers are born with their magic, inherited from some magical (celestial, fiend, dragon, fey, etc) ancestor generations back. It can indeed be fey, and a dryad ancestor would for example make a lot of sense for a wild elven sorcerer.
