Optional Human Race Choices

When creating a character we now have the option for what kind of ethnicity your Human can be, in picking one of these and going through the Char creation as normal I did not get the Human Quick to Learn extra feat though it was in the listing that I should. I attempted again same deal and then I tried the usual "Human" choice and I was able to pick two feats at first again.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The bonus feat is unfortunately hard-coded in a way where we currently have no means to add it to that screen. The current workaround is to create base human and select subrace with the NPC in Nexus. I know it's not ideal, but thanks for your consideration.

The goal is eventually to create a scripted solution to the Quick to Master feat issue. You can thank Bioware/Obsidian's shitty coding for making this more complicated than it needed to be.

For now, what Dae said. You can create a normal human, use Oghma/Deneir in the Nexus to change your subrace to the desired subrace, then if you want to use the proper racial color palette you can use the existing makeover function with a 'makeover' character of the proper subrace to transfer to your character.
